At Grey Boutique, we understand not every purchase will fit or look the way you want & returns are sometimes necessary.  We are here to make your return process as fair and easy as possible. Please understand we are a small business and to keep our prices down and affordable, We cannot be lenient on our policy. We request the following for all returns:

All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of when you received your item(s). please ensure that the clothing is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, accompanied with original tags attached, and that the item(s) do not smell of perfume, smoke or other unpleasantries and is also free of animal hair and other stains or dirt.  There will be a restocking fee deducted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect items
If you received a wrong item shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not charge any restocking or other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a full refund for the item, as described in our Refund Procedures. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Grey Boutique and require a return authorization number.

Return Policy

For returns, please email Sales@greyboutique.net with your order number and last name in the subject line. We will respond to your email with a return authorization # that must be included with your return and instructions for your returned items.

  • We do not provide return labels, so you can use the preferred carrier of your choice.

  • Original invoice must be included in your return package.

  • Any returns past the 21 day policy date will not be accepted.

A credit to your original form of payment will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow 3-4 business days from the time we receive your return to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account.

It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.


Shipping Rates

Spend over $100 to receive free shipping on all orders shipped to the continental US.

Orders under $100 will be charged a flat-rate of $5.99 via USPS or UPS ground shipping.

You should receive your order within 6 business days from the date your order is placed:

  • Order processing takes 1-3 business days.

  • Once order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number

Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO shipping is flat rate $19.99 on all orders.

Expedited Shipping- Flat rate of $19.99 to the continental US via UPS Next Day Air

  • Once your order is placed, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • Orders placed on Friday may not be processed until Monday.

Additional Information
PO Boxes – There may be additional charges for irregular or oversized boxes going to PO boxes. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.

Signature Confirmation – To ensure the safety of your order, orders over $200 will be shipped with signature confirmation. Most couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. If you will be unavailable, please arrange a signed note or family member to receive the package.

Grey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If any items in your package are received damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. You can request a return authorization via email – at Sales@greyboutique.net and in your email, provide your order#, pictures of damaged item(s) and a description of why you are requesting the return and wait for a confirmation from us to ship the item. After receiving confirmation, your return must be postmarked within 3 days of the return authorization confirmation. Buyer is responsible for shipment and postage of the return.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe will make them ineligible for return

After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases (online or in store).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.

The following items are FINAL SALE: (not eligible for return, credit, or exchange):
Any discounted or sale items, any mark-down/clearance, final sales are non-returnable.

  • Hair Accessories or Hats

  • Gift Cards

  • Candles

  • Dog Toys

  • Holiday items/clothes

  • Sale Items

  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 20% off or more

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, if you choose not to pay the item will be donated to the charity of our choice within 30 days.

Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders:

  • We check all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also check to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you!

    • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

    • All reports must be made within 24 hours after receiving your order or it will not be accepted.

    • Please contact us immediately at Sales@greyboutique.net and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area or the item(s). Please include your first and last name and order number.


  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not guarantee exchanges. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can either:

    • If you don’t want to wait, then place a new order and then once we get the merchandise back, (within 21 days) we will credit you for the item/s that didn’t work.  If item is received after the 21 days of date purchased, we will give you a store credit to be used in the future. If merchandise is damaged or as stated in above, no credit will be given or exchange.


Holiday Return Policy:

  • All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10th. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
